1. General Provisions

1.1. This website, www.novalissbridal.com, is operated by Laura Anspoka, a self-employed individual registered in Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1.2. By using this website and purchasing products from our store, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1.3. If a customer purchases goods through this website, the transaction is considered a distance contract and is subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts.

2. Making Purchases

2.1. Product descriptions, prices, and specifications are displayed next to each item in the Online Store.

2.2. To place an order, add the desired items to your shopping cart, complete the required fields, and select a delivery method. The total order cost, including delivery, will be displayed before payment is made.

2.3. Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. The currency of transactions on this website is euros (€).

3.2. Payments can be made using the following methods:

  • Bank transfer (to the specified account details)

  • Other payment methods (if available on the website)

3.3. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1. Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard orders: 7-14 business days

  • Custom or pre-order items: Up to 45 days (customers will be informed in advance)

4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

5.1. Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

5.2. To initiate a return, the customer must notify us via email before sending back the item.

5.3. Return shipping costs:

  • If the product is returned for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer covers return shipping costs.

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5.4. The returned item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

5.5. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method the customer used.

5.6. Non-refundable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Defective Products

6.1. We are responsible for any product defects that appear within 6 months of delivery.

6.2. If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they must contact us via [email protected] with a description and photos of the issue.

6.3. If the defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a repair or replacement, OR

  • Provide a full refund, if repair or replacement is not possible.

6.4. Complaints are reviewed within 15 days of submission.

7.2. We may share necessary personal data (such as name, address, and phone number) with delivery partners to complete the shipping process.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. In case of any disputes or claims regarding an order, customers must first contact us via email for resolution.

8.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

  • The courts of the Republic of Latvia

  • European Union dispute resolution bodies (for EU customers)
